China Imports
When shipping from China, ensure the following details are clearly provided:
- Customer Name: Full name as per ID
- Phone Number: Active contact number
- Mode of Shipping: Specify AIR or SEA
- Destination: Nairobi, Kenya (or specific address)
- Special Instructions:
- Fragile items
- Branded goods
- Temperature-sensitive items
- Special handling requirements
Note: China has two addresses for both sea and air cargo. Please clearly indicate your preferred shipping method when sending packages.
Documentation
Required documents for all shipments:
- Commercial invoice (for commercial goods)
